Childbirth Education Classes
Wednesday, May 31, 3:30 p.m.
This is a five week class to prepare expectant Mom and her coach for the birth and homecoming of the baby.

6th Annual Baby Bottle Drive
May 14 (Mother's Day) to June 18th (Father's Day), 2006

Pick up one, two, or more baby bottles at your local church or at the center and participate! Every coin, dollar, or check you fill up your bottle with is a special blessing to the Center.

Your generous donation in ONE bottle will provide for:

• Abstinence materials for 15 students
• Childbirth education for one couple
• Bibles for 12 clients
• Teaching videos and other needed supplies

16th Annual Spring Event "An Evening With Friends"

Date: Friday, March 31st, 2006
Location: Country Oaks Baptist Church
Details: Dinner and auction fundraiser
Note: It included a wonderful meal provided by The Apple Shed, and this year the auction brought in a grand total of $10,800 - the best ever. A new video of the center was shown and attendance was approximately 200, representing 18 churches.

Volunteer Training

Date: March 1st and 8th, 2006
Those considering, or interested in, volunteering at the Center are encouraged to enroll in the training to find out more about the Center's ministry.

Walk/Bike for Life 2005

Date: Saturday, October 8, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
Location: Phil Marx Community Park (City Park)
Details: The walking course will be an easy 2 miles starting at City Park and ending at the Park for awards, prizes, and a wonderful BBQ lunch! This year we have added a 3.2 mile bicycle course starting and ending at the park as well. Contact the center for more information and pledge forms. Everyone who obtains $75.00 in pledges will receive a Walk t-shirt.

5th Annual Baby Bottle Drive

Date: Mother's Day, May 8th, 2005 - Father's Day, June 19th, 2005
Location: Bottles available at the Center or your Church
Details: $7,738.21 has been raised! There are 450 bottles still out and the goal for 2005 is $10,000. If you have a bottle to to turn in, just bring it to the center, Mon. - Thurs. from 11:00 am - 3:30 pm or take it to your church office. Thank you for your extra change and for your love and support!

15th Annual Spring Event

Date: April 8, 2005
Location: Christian Life Assembly
Attendance was 260, dinner by Knights of Columbus, Auction by Jeff Prestage. Special guest, Sherry Hienkle. Funds raised: $14,676.26.
